The 12th annual Ringing World National Youth Contest took place on Saturday 8th July in York. Twenty-five teams from 23 squads took part in the two contests, with Method Ringing taking place at All Saints Huntington, and Call Changes at St Lawrence’s, Hull Road. Teams elected to ring either six or eight bells in the contests. Sara Jones from St Giles’ was the Conductor of the Oxford Diocesan Guild team, which was placed seventh equal among the teams which rang changes.
