Starting my day early, before the “official” kick off at 10 (so probably no welcomers for the first few churches at least). ADHD bad planning #1 – forgot to get my broken bike repaired before today, so borrowing my teenager’s (slightly too small) bike instead!
St Andrew’s parish neighbours both St Giles’ and St Margaret’s parishes, and is originally a “daughter church” of St Giles’. Built as an evangelical church due to the noted absence of such in north Oxford at the turn of the (last) century, it proudly continues that tradition today under the leadership of vicar Dan Heyward, with lively worship and teaching, and – I am reliably informed – the best toilets in the deanery!
