St Margaret’s Recipe Book

Eve Barsham and Sam Schad are putting together a St Margaret’s recipe book. We would love to have your recipes! They can be family favourites, recipes with a St Margaret’s connection, recipes devised by or associated with a particular person, recipes suitable for children to make, you name it! Please get in touch with Sam or Eve if you’d like to submit a recipe. The more the merrier! Thank you!
Unwanted wine or gin from Christmas?

Please do leave them with Jane at St Giles’, or in the church kitchen, for use at the upcoming Jazz at St Giles’ events: OUJO and IC Big Band on 3 February and Alyn Shipton’s New Orleans Jazz Friends on 11 May.
Thank you from the Gatehouse

The Gatehouse would like to thank everyone who donated over the Christmas period. They said: “A huge thank you to you all for the amazing donations of pants, socks and chocolates. We really couldn’t help all the people we do without the generous donations of the local community. So far this year we have served over 13,000 meals and supported close to 500 guests.”
Gatehouse Donations

If you get through any big tubs of sweets over Christmas, Sam Schad would like the leftover containers for cake (for the Gatehouse). Thank you!
No Teens’ Film Night this month
